The platform

One platform from discovery to activation

What Portcart is, how it compares to the status quo, how a rollout runs, and where to try it live.

The Portcart layer

Portcart becomes the digital front door of your arena.

Use Portcart as a single experience layer where every store, restaurant, service, zone, offer, voucher, event, leasing opportunity, and loyalty touchpoint can be discovered and managed.

Pillar 01

Discover

A clean digital front door for every arena.

  • Brand directory and store pages
  • Restaurants, food courts, menus
  • Services and amenities
  • Zones, floors, and indoor maps
  • Airport services and passenger essentials
Pillar 02

Activate

Turn footfall into measurable shopper actions.

  • Coupons, gift vouchers, and reward vouchers
  • Loyalty points and shopper rewards
  • SMS, email, WhatsApp, and push campaigns
  • Events, festivals, and brand activations
  • Demo Access for instant module preview
Pillar 03

Measure

See what shoppers do and where to invest next.

  • Brand views, offer interest, voucher claims
  • Service requests and amenity searches
  • Leasing leads and brand demand signals
  • Campaign engagement by channel
  • Operator reports for shopper actions
Pragmatic by design

Not every mall needs to start with heavy transformation.

Plenty of strong enterprise platforms exist. Portcart sits earlier in the journey, with a discovery-first approach that gives operators visible output before deep integrations.

Start small. Show value. Expand module by module.

Demo Access Center

Let mall operators feel the platform before they buy it.

Portcart can spin up a controlled demo mall or demo airport where every module is wired to the shopper frontend and dependent dashboards. Decision makers see the impact in real time.

Step 01

Admin Demo Control Panel

Activate brands, services, zones, vouchers, leasing requests, and modules in seconds.

Step 02

Shopper Frontend

Every change shows up live on the public-facing mall or airport page.

Step 03

Brand Dashboard

Offers, vouchers, leasing replies, and campaign invites land in the right brand workspace.

Step 04

Mall Operator Dashboard

Leasing leads, campaign performance, and tenant signals are visible to the operator team.

Live wiring

Every change in admin reflects across the connected ecosystem.

The Demo Access Center is not a video walkthrough. It is a real instance with end-to-end wiring, ready to show what shoppers will see and what stakeholders will manage.

  • Activate a brand in admin, it appears on the shopper frontend.
  • Deactivate a brand, it disappears across the public arena page.
  • Create a voucher, it shows up on the shopper frontend and operator dashboard.
  • Brand sends a leasing request, mall operator sees it in their dashboard.
  • Operator offers space, the brand sees the offer in their dashboard.
  • Edit a service or zone, the change reflects on the shopper frontend.
  • Create a campaign, it shows up in the campaign section of every relevant view.

One operating layer for retail property: the money, the footfall, and the people who share both.

Portcart connects discovery, activation, loyalty, leasing, revenue and analytics in one modular platform for shopping centres, airports and the brands that trade in them. Roll it out as one unit or module by module, on the operator's terms.

The revenue layer is the newest and runs deepest. Turnover rent and revenue share computed from actual sales, with tiered rate slabs, natural and negotiated breakpoints, and index-linked escalations applied at billing rather than remembered in spreadsheets. Every tenant statement shows its full workings, because disputes come from totals without workings. Common-area cost reconciliation, arrears ageing, and a leakage report that prices every escalation clause a lease carries but billing never applied.

Trust is built in, not bolted on. Tenants file their own sales declarations against what their tills reported, and the variance is priced at their contracted rate with the source of each figure weighted. Disputes follow an enforced lifecycle where every move carries the person who made it, and closing one requires a stated reason. Every access to commercial data is logged.

Every number states where it came from. Reports say which records they read, what they cover, and what they deliberately withhold when coverage is too thin to be honest. A metric that cannot say its own source does not ship.

Ready when you are

Your mall or airport is already full of experiences. Portcart helps people discover them.

Stand up an arena page, launch a voucher, ship a campaign, capture leasing demand, and let stakeholders feel the platform live, all in one platform.

Talk to sales for a tailored demo arena. Most malls go live in the first phase within days, not months.
